Fill the bowl to a max of 2/3.

How to attach and exchange the blades?

Push the blade onto the shaft with the drive pin aligned with the small recess in the socket of the attachment. Remove the blade by simply pulling it off the shaft.

Caution: When you exchange the attachments always pull out the plug.

Speed 1: Used to prepare “light” ingredients or small quantities.

Speed 2: Used to process hard foods or large quantities.

Blending with liquids:
Hold the Bamix inside the liquid, in the middle of the pot. Switch on. Process to the desired consistency.

Note: There is no need to stir. The Bamix will draw the food into a vortex.

Blending without liquids:
First switch on the Bamix on speed 2. With quick up and down movements, puree the ingredients to the desired consistency.
